Rules are super easy and nothing complicated.
- Eat at least 1 salad every day (or if you’re up for it, eat only salad for your meals). Keto or Non-Keto!
- Don’t forget the protein! Each day has a different protein or ingredient to use that day (optional, you can eat whatever you like – but eat protein too!).
- Fast food salad is okay! Do what you can 🙂
